I was using my PC after cleaning the custom loop with distilled water, but I forgot to reinstall the cover on the reservoir above the power supply. Water entered the power supply and caused it to shut down. After drying it out, I tried turning it back on, but it didn’t respond at all. I’m curious if just the PSU was affected or if other components might have been damaged as well.

It's possible the issue affected other components. The best approach is to begin replacing parts one by one.

Power has been restored, the motherboards are receiving electricity, but the PC won’t start properly—only the motherboard lights remain active.
