System details are I3 10100 with 16GB RAM, 2666MHz clock, NVMe SSDs, and 256GB storage. Performance drops significantly when clicking the game icon—CPU usage hits 100%, GPU only about 10%. I've tried all fixes but nothing works consistently. Some friends with similar setups have it running smoothly; others don’t. A friend of mine with a different configuration got the game working without issues, and they enabled rebar and 4G decoding. What should I do?

Current drivers for the ARC A750 are being released frequently to fix performance problems. It seems your system is primarily CPU-bound with minimal GPU activity. Are you sure the machine sharing the same CPU, OS, and driver version matches yours? Regarding RAM, do you have 1x16 GB or 2x8 GB installed? Also, check if CPU-Z indicates dual-channel operation.

Yes, it seems to be working properly on another machine with identical settings.
