I don't know where to purchase those titles. It seems the games might have been removed from digital stores, similar to older titles like Hawx or Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow. Checking platforms like Steam, Origin, or GOG again could help, as they sometimes re-add older games.
I discovered PC gameplay guides for "Hold F Seismic Blast." There appears to be a misleading TASM and DLC listing on Steam, which redirects to the main store page instead.
It appears the game was taken off the market due to expired licensing rights. Microsoft handles similar situations with Forza, and currently the only Horizon titles available for PC or Xbox are Horizon 4. I believe Horizon 3 was removed recently. When companies delist products, they usually stop earning from them and release them for free before removal, but once that happens, obtaining the game becomes extremely difficult.
It was removed from Steam some time ago. It also seemed very unstable, often crashing or failing to launch.
