Furthermore, download rates remain steady at 12-14 MB/s (equivalent to 96-104 Mbps). This confirms the advertised connection speed. Only speedtest.net appears hesitant to adjust without a clear justification.

All their servers offer varying speeds, which might explain why the speedtest.net results near you aren't as fast as your local connection. I only have access to a single server close by that can provide an accurate measurement.
