While playing on my PC or using it for work, my CPU stays consistently at 2.2 GHz. It doesn’t fluctuate during regular tasks. In games I notice lower FPS and stutters in FIFA. During stress tests with CPUz or Cinebench, the speed increases. Your specs are a Ryzen 7 3700X, 2070 Super, X570 MSI motherboard.
