I received a gigabit Ethernet connection and when I run a speed test on my phone, the results are 600 download and 500 upload. On my PC, I have a wired link and see 900 download and 50 upload. With Wi-Fi, the upload remains at 50 even with the same speed. My device is an MSI X570 Tomahawk Wi-Fi card.

No, the device is not on the identical WiFi network as the computer, and they are located in different areas.

I don't have access to your current network activity or the specific service used for speedtest. Please check your browser's developer tools or settings for details.

I used to have issues with my service provider, but everything is now working properly. My friend assisted me, and I had to adjust the speed and duplex settings to 1 Gbps on my network card.
