I was using Power saving mode in AI 3 SUITE. I had to click to enable it, then switch to Performance mode to fix the Hi issue. Now I have a new setup: Asus Z690 with an i7-12700K processor. I recall checking Armoury Create for about 4.6 GHz across up to 7 cores. However, after calibrating my fans via Armoury Create and testing the Extreme Slow button, they’re now capped at 2000 MHz. I turned off smart fans in Armoury Create, but my processor still can’t exceed 2000 MHz even during a stress test on the CPU Z.

Check if every app displays 2000MHz. Use Task Manager, OpenHardwareMonitor, MSI AfterBurner, Aida64, etc., to monitor CPU speeds and temperatures.

Back to normal, thank you. I just selected Power saving mode and then Performance mode in Ai 3 Suite, which gave me 4700MHz. In Task Manager, the speed is about 0.7GHz, cool!
