CPU specifications are AMD A4 3300. Motherboard model GA A55m DS2. GPU is GTX 750 Ti. RAM configuration includes two 4GB modules at 1333MHz DDR3. Storage consists of a 240GB Kingston SSD and a 480GB Kingston SSD. Power supply is a Rakk 400W unit. I observed lag in games despite using a dedicated GTX 750 Ti, even at maximum graphics settings. When I opened MSS after launch to investigate, GPU usage was low and CPU utilization was around 79%. Task Manager showed CPU at 2.5GHz, but BIOS reported only 800MHz. It seems the CPU is acting as a bottleneck, which is unusual since it should handle the GPU load. I’m trying to resolve this so the system can utilize all components effectively.
