Unless it's essential, it's not possible without purchasing used and requesting the seller to inspect. Around 2018 or earlier, many 16Gb drives offering single-rank sticks were released. Nowadays, whether a 2x16GB bundle includes SR or DR sticks is largely dependent on chance. It's unlikely you'll find a mix of both types in the same kit.
