Help BLUE SPARK FROM CAPACITOR NEAR MY RAMS HEAT SHEILD I have a legion 5i. So basically i was cleaning my laptops fans and decided to check on my rams. Removed the heat sink shield and check on them. They seemed fine so i put the shield back. Used a screwdriver to fix the hooks that kept the sink in place. Unfortunately my screwdriver got in touch with a capacitor and a blue spark emerged booted up my laptop and everything seemed to be normal so i am pretty much worried if anything would happen to my laptop.

Shorting capacitors can definitely occur, and it seems you experienced one. The outcome is unclear without testing the equipment. Also, many parts on the board aren’t always active, so the system might still function even after a failure.
