Because of the current steam sale, I’m considering purchasing Space Engineers. I’m curious about its online play experience. Since I’m based in the Philippines, I want to know if lag would be manageable on servers located in North America or Europe.

You'd likely lose a lot of time if this game has high latency, otherwise you'd be in danger
