Panel controls, sound options, configured to ignore the "voice detection" option. This setting appears at the final tab.

It remains inactive. I attempted to access the levels, which turned off all other devices, restarted the PC, disabled my headset, and then reactivated it. I also tried updating drivers, using Razer software, and tested on various devices, though I haven't tried it on another one yet.

I've tested various devices on my phone, but it still doesn't work there either. That suggests the microphone might be faulty.

When I enable the mic monitoring side tone, I only catch static, even when I shout. It happens only if I blow into it while keeping it close to my lips.

It seems you're asking about a microphone, but the question is incomplete. Could you clarify which microphone you're referring to?

It's a headset microphone from a Razer Kraken tournament edition headset, and I connect it to a USB controller.

I went into Synapse to check for issues and found none visible. I enabled the feature that lets you hear your mic through your headset, but all I could hear was static. When I blew into the mic very close, it worked properly.
