It depends on the deinterlacing setting; it can turn 60i into 60p because of its better quality, then switch to 30p. This usually happens after encoding has been applied.

It seems the last part wasn't fully captured, but in MadVR smooth motion is optimized for matching your display's frame rate. You only require enough performance for the content—like anime at 24fps, which needs a max render time under ~41.6 ms. Also, test various files since rendering games and videos can differ in difficulty.

I initially thought you meant something about fraps, but I got mixed up. I believe I finally grasped the concept—thanks to some research on deinterlacing, which explained how it produces a smooth, high-frame-rate look. Appreciate all the support!

You can view MadVR's stats by pressing Ctrl+J, which provides more detailed information such as frame rates.
