It depends on the deinterlacing setting; it can turn 60i into 60p because of its better quality, then switch to 30p. This usually happens after encoding has been applied.

You only require enough performance for the content—like anime at 24fps, which needs a max render time under ~41.6 ms. Also, test various files since rendering games and videos can differ in difficulty.
