Dear community 😟
A few hours ago I managed to play PUBG smoothly, but then the audio would cut off randomly—sometimes for 3 to 10 seconds, sometimes for 10 to 20 seconds. It only happens in PUBG and begins when you open the main menu. I tried turning off the sound and HRTF in-game, disabling all plugins in Equalizer-APO, and even completely turned off APO (which is now just a noise gate for the mic). In Steam I checked for errors, but nothing was found. I also disabled virtual surround in the sound settings, but it didn’t work. OBS is running in the background for streaming, yet the cuts still occur and are audible in the stream. What could be causing this, and what other solutions might help? 😥

Have you attempted accessing the Device Manager, Sound, Video & Game Controllers, and verified for available updates on the sound drivers?

Thank you for your assistance. For similar issues in the future, I share my solution here. Even after a system recovery, the problem remained unresolved. I suspect it could be related to Ryzen Master and PBO. Since Ryzen Master affected many settings and BIOS configurations, I removed it and performed a CMOS reset. Additionally, I unplugged an HDD (using only a 400W PSU) that contained old homework files, which makes it hard to confirm if the issue was due solely to Ryzen Master or the PSU limitations. Regards.
