You recently bought a used Gigabyte WindForce 2 fan RX 5600 XT and it’s making an unusual sound like fans hitting a cable. The noise is noticeable even when you’re playing games at medium volume through speakers. No visible contact points were found. Could you help identify what kind of sound this is?

Likely a significant coil whine issue.
