Hi, I’m using a Moondrop Dash keyboard and an O35 monitor. Sometimes I connect my Aorus 15pYD laptop with Windows 11 and it will dock the screen to the monitor. However, when I connect my headphones for Moondrop Dash games, the laptop freezes and audio problems appear. Plugging into the built-in audio port causes occasional crackling, and games freeze briefly—usually a few minutes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers, using DDU to remove graphics drivers, and even used the nvidiaprofile inspector. It’s an annoyance that happens a few times an hour, lasting only a couple of minutes. I’m hoping someone can help fix this so I can use my DAC and play games smoothly again.
