Hello, I recently performed a clean installation of Windows 11. After restarting everything, I noticed performance problems when audio plays—whether it's opening videos on Reddit, muting/unmuting YouTube, or triggering the UAC prompt. My PC would stutter, audio would drop, and CPU usage would spike. I've tried reinstalling audio drivers and Nvidia drivers as a precaution, but no clear cause has been identified. I've looked online for similar issues, but haven't found a solution yet. I've attached a video below with an example that might help illustrate the problem. I've discovered a method involving the device's output settings. Navigate to the properties of the sound source, go to the "Enhancements" section, and turn off all enhancement options.
