Sound cuts off once the mini fridge activates
I recently encountered an issue with my mini fridge where audio consistently cuts out whenever it powers up. It seems like anything that plays through it gets distorted until it restarts. For instance, Skype calls need to be reconnected, and YouTube videos require a page reload. Initially, I believed the problem was related to power quality in my home, but after moving to a new house, the issue remains unchanged. Here’s what I know: the problem only occurs when the mini fridge is connected to the same outlet across the room. It doesn’t affect PC audio or video drivers, and it doesn’t happen with my Blue Yeti, unlike my Blue Snowball. The signal flows from PC → Yeti → DAC → Speaker/Headphones.
