I tried installing the new CPU AIO but it didn’t work. Now it’s not there anymore. When I put the old CPU back in, it also failed. I checked all the headers—fan_cpu and aio_pump—but none activated the pump. My computer keeps beeping loudly during games, and it stops when I quit the game.

The beep could mean the CPU is overheating, if the pump is not running. I don't know why you would even try to play a game when the CPU cooler is not working. You NEED to give us more information about your system. What brand and model is your OLD AIO? What brand and mode is your NEW AIO? What brand and model motherboard? What CPU are you using?

I discovered the problem while playing the game. The new aio is faulty, and I have an ibuypower prebuilt AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D with 16GB DDR4 RAM, GeForce RTX 3080, and other components.

Not sure about the old unit—it came from Ibuypower, but I couldn’t find its make or model. It looks pretty standard: 3-pin RGB connector, two fan ports, and a radiator cable. The new one is the NZXT Kraken, which didn’t power on because of a damaged USB cable. We thought it was just that issue.

I've run some tests, but it doesn't seem to be the CPU cooler. It wasn't the CPU itself either. I performed a render and it didn't work as expected. Then I played a game, and it triggered the beep sound in the lobby again.
