I'm disappointed to report the problem continues... This time, switching the mixer audio source normally caused distortion. I plan to include a video so it's easier to demonstrate (hope it plays clearly since I recorded from my phone and my PC seems to have lost the audio). The settings that were active at the time are listed here—no headphones were used, only the monitor was connected, and Bluetooth wasn't engaged during this period. This issue is really frustrating, and I'm beginning to worry it might be a hardware fault. I'm concerned about how long the warranty will last if we wait this long...
