Consider using the built-in factory settings if you want to reset the system. Alternatively, downloading a Win 7 ISO from Microsoft and reformatting via the Sony site is another option. Decide which method suits your needs best. (;´・ω・)

Whatever your preference is. As @RealCereal mentioned, restoring the system will reinstall any bloatware you removed and also apply all drivers at once. If you have the time to set it up manually, do it using an ISO image.

Be aware that some laptop makers place programs on the recovery image, but not elsewhere. This might include software for special keyboard keys. Ensure you have all necessary files before formatting or reinstalling, particularly if the recovery image is already installed rather than on external drives.

If you're okay with Sony apps, a factory reset works well. Restore and remove unnecessary programs such as office trial, Norton, WildTangent games, etc., then install Windows updates and Sony updates. For a pristine Windows setup, a manual reinstall is ideal, but ensure you have the recovery DVD/USB ready in case of damage to the recovery drive or HDD, or if you plan to sell the laptop.
