Sometimes my computer or laptop freezes or slows down when I watch YouTube, and videos can stop playing at random times.
In the last year I bought a gaming laptop and a PC that came with Windows 11. Sometimes on both devices, when I watch a YouTube video it stops randomly and shows a loading symbol that never goes away even after restarting. But if I unplug my headphones, it works again. That is annoying for me. Another problem only happens to my PC: it just freezes on its own. It pauses any games or videos I'm playing, but the clock in the bottom right corner keeps moving by itself. The only way to fix this was to hold the power button on my PC. But I am scared because doing that might corrupt my files someday.
I never had these problems with my old PC which ran Windows 10 for three years straight. Please help me out since I don't know how computers work very well at all and I'm not sure where to start. Thanks so much for reading it!
