I activated my PC, it started up and displayed the motherboard's logo. Usually it would launch directly into Windows, but instead it rebooted once and then worked properly. That made me feel uneasy. What could be causing this issue?

Are you worried about the auto updates? Probably overthinking it. Everything's okay.

Auto BIOS updates aren't possible on Gigabyte boards. They function correctly even after hardware modifications or system crashes—this is typical behavior.

My PC seems a bit outdated and hasn't had any upgrades made.

It appears the request didn't complete successfully, but it likely failed initially and then succeeded after retrying. This often relates to memory training and is rare. No concern needed unless it occurs frequently.

It seems to be an older device—possibly a hard drive or memory card that’s showing signs of wear. Have you performed a MEMtest, CDI, or SMART check to assess its condition?

Once my battery was at 10%, it chose to perform a BIOS update, which meant I had to search around the house for the charger.

Uncertain if this was unique, but it reminds me of an event 3-4 months back when my PC was down for nearly 10 hours. It turned out nothing could be done except uncovering some useful information.
