I don't understand the titles, but they look like file names. How can you determine what's causing this?

Is this file stored on your device? It appears to be Apex Legends, and it looks like you've saved several GTA 5 game sessions too. You can start recording games via the Windows + G keys in Steam.

Yeah, that's the issue. It bothers me because I have to check it repeatedly after each game session, which reduces my SSD's performance until it hits the limit. I'm trying to fix it but don't know what to do.
