What tried? I’m suggesting you avoid anything other than Microsoft and Gmail unless you’re certain. Make sure the hacked PC isn’t involved. Not from that compromised device. Exclude it. If you lack another machine, take it to a repair shop or similar service and have someone fix it for you.

I attempted to reach out to Microsoft once more, but the issue persisted. I’ve also reached out to another person to assist with the problem.
