Hi, I saw you downloaded rewasd and had to restart your PC. After turning it off and on again, everything seemed fine until you noticed the computer isn’t booting into Windows. It’s just running in black with no display, and I can’t interact with it. You invested a lot in this PC and don’t know what to do—please help me out.

The screen won’t activate at all when I turn on the computer; it only lights up when I power on the gaming console. Usually it stays on for about ten seconds before switching to Windows. This situation is different this time.
