Someone experienced issues with this Olay ram.
I just purchased this RAM module for the Oloy 32Gb 3200hz Warhowk kit (link provided). It claims compatibility with Aura sync, MSI Mystic Light, and similar features. I’ve downloaded every available software and none of them recognize the RAM or know how to resolve this issue. Could you help me understand what’s going on? Thanks in advance.
This memory comes from Chinese modules using Spek Tek technology. It seems to have a one-year warranty, but usage hasn't been high enough to determine reliability. I wouldn't purchase it. Consider spending a bit more for better quality.
It is an Asus Rog Strix x470 and the software page confirms its compatibility with that RAM type.
**chuckles** Ah well use em' If they work for cheap and you get a year from them, no harm no foul. If you get blue screens right away, send em back. Don't try to overclock them either. Well.... I guess you could overclock em..... cheap enough to toast a set and buy another lol! (kidding)
It was my intention to capture the RGB values from the RAM since I believe it could be causing an bothersome sound.
The free maintenance service mentioned wasn’t about oil changes. I just saw a review about this memory and thought it might be from someone else. Probably Hardware or another site.
No way... Don't disassemble them. Any ideas? Keep your money safe. Grab a decent collection from G.Skill, Corsair, Adata, Kingston... anything except the Oil of Olay. Get 16GB unless you absolutely must have 32GB for work or otherwise.
