Someone can assist with Netflix issues on Windows 11.
Hello, I'm looking for assistance with two problems I've encountered recently. First, after upgrading to Windows 11 (Windows 10 functioned well), the Netflix app displays a black screen even though sound and subtitles remain active. I've connected multiple monitors but only my main display is working. Despite uninstalling and resetting everything, the video still freezes after a few seconds. HDR in Windows 11 seems to resolve the issue, but it's still problematic on my OLED C7. I'm using an Anthem MRX510 AVR receiver for audio and HDMI to the TV, as the receiver struggles with 4K. The Amazon Prime app also behaves this way. Disney+ works normally, suggesting a possible copy protection issue.
The second problem is consistent across all browsers: no matter which one I use, DNS settings have changed, cache cleared, and I installed Firefox randomly. The Netflix site loads only text, not images. If it were just one browser, it would be easier to diagnose. It happened fine on Windows 10, but stopped loading images a few months ago across Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I've tried disabling extensions, flushing DNS, but the issue persists.
I'd really appreciate any guidance or solutions for these issues. Thank you in advance for your help.
