You can use a Windows 10 key from another country. Your computer will not be in German, it will remain in your original language settings.

Windows keys usually don’t restrict regions. The main ones to be cautious about are the Windows Home OEM SL (Single Language) edition, which blocks other language packs and locks you to one language setting, and Windows 10 for China. Since I’m not in Portugal, I don’t know where to purchase keys.

Unlikely to recall having seen them, as they're rare in North America. I haven't had to buy windows recently. I'm still relying on a Windows 7 key for my Windows 10 setup.
