I recently upgraded my computer’s components:
- Ryzen 7 2700 Processor
- Gigabyte B450M DS3H Motherboard
- XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Graphics Card

I preserved my game files on a traditional hard drive and erased my solid-state drive to perform a clean installation of Windows. Nevertheless, certain games – specifically Overwatch and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at this point – are producing disruptive visual issues, including complete screen failure, black lines, colored lines, and instances of a completely dark display. All other games operate without problems. Can you suggest any reasons why these two titles are incompatible with my system? (And, yes, I have already checked both games for damaged or missing files, but the problem persists.)

This suggests a problem with your graphics card’s software. Try removing and reinstalling the drivers, or consider using an alternative driver version.

I discovered I received the second most recent version; the latest was concealed behind a collapsing menu option. I’ll install it and then update you shortly <3

Provide a complete hardware specification? Include the manufacturer and model number of the power supply unit.

Updated my drivers, but the problem continues. Should I go back to an older version?

Reducing the maximum frames per second to 30 entirely resolves the problem, though I’d prefer to play these games at a faster speed. Adding this as a potential solution for anyone experiencing the same difficulty. I haven't encountered such a problem previously.
UPDATE: SOLVED!

A further note: Is the graphics card perhaps not getting sufficient electricity? The cable I employed was one from when my power supply unit was initially purchased, and it's at least four years old; the packaging it came in experienced considerable wear and tear.

Is the cable from the identical power supply unit? It might be beneficial to swap it out.
