Microsoft offers chat and phone assistance along with remote desktop capabilities. While they utilize features like Microsoft Windows 10 Quick Assist and Remote Assistance in earlier versions of Windows, this applies to the company itself. It raises questions about why a large organization would invest so much effort into developing its own support tools when similar functionality exists in standard operating systems. I’d suggest using the built-in help app within Windows 10 for chat services—this helps avoid misleading websites. It’s interesting that the person mentioned using Nirsoft ProductKey; it seems questionable whether interns are managing support, leading to reliance on less reliable solutions. The tool appears to be written in Visual Basic, which might explain its appearance. A notable issue is that this software doesn’t fully support Windows 10 across all license types.

Based on my observations today, they continue to rely on LogMeIn Rescue. I was surprised they didn't adopt their own software... Still, we have no choice. Thank you all!

They likely didn’t choose this path because it wasn’t necessary for security, and using an internal tool might have been a better alternative. The exact correct choice isn’t clear from the information provided.
