Setting the resolution to 1920x1080 would display only a quarter of the screen, not fullscreen as desired.

You might need to test it, but I believe it won't work with FS.

It's just working in a windowed view within the screen area. Preferable to fullscreen at 5-10 frames per second. Still not ideal. Appreciate the assistance! Maybe it's time to check out 1080p options on sale.

I think I discovered a fix. By adjusting the windowed res in the shortcut target, I tried the program "Borderless window," which changes the program between window modes—similar to pressing Shift+Enter but more effective. It runs in fullscreen and shows the resolution as 1920x1080. The frames per second have returned to a stable 60, which is great. Thanks a lot!

It's impossible to do that if you aim for a borderless, windowed interface.
