DDR1600 is correct, but the speed in BIOS isn't always reliable. I don't rely on Task Manager for this.

Ensure the frequency is set to 1800Mhz. Verify XMP settings in the BIOS. Choose profile 1 or 2 as needed.

BIOS displays 3600 MHz. My Gigabyte board uses Profile 1, which is active. I've also attempted to manually configure the RAM to 3600 MHz.

You're seeing unexpected results with your system. At 3800 MHz, the uncore count seems off, and running at 3600 MHz with 1700 FCLK gives a lower count than expected. It might help to check the core voltage, temperature, and clock stability. Adjusting RAM speed or FCLK could also clarify the behavior.

I reached out to Amazon and they provided me with a replacement. Everything is now resolved, and it arrived in just one day!
