Your home Wi-Fi isn't loading certain sites on mobile data while it works fine with regular internet. You know some router adjustments exist, but you're unsure how to proceed without understanding network settings. Consider asking for guidance on fixing this issue.

I don’t have a dedicated network blocker such as Pihole. I’m using a typical router, specifically a TP-Link Archer C7.

You're using the router from your ISP (like Airtel in India), and the issue appears only on your Wi-Fi network, not across all devices.

You might resolve the issue by including the website URLs in the allow list within the router settings page. Let me know if you need further guidance.
