Hey there, I see you're dealing with a tricky issue. You're on your third Windows install and every time you reinstall software, use the computer for a bit, then restart a few times, programs just disappear. Even after a full wipe of everything, including your storage drive, it still happens. You're booting from an SSD, which makes things a bit confusing. Have you checked if any updates are pending or if there are recent changes to your system settings? Sometimes background processes or background services can cause this. Let me know what you find!

They seem fully removed, not just the icons gone. Have you come across any files that might have infected your system? Review the programs you have installed and take out anything unusual. Run a scan with Avast or Malwarebytes to ensure everything is clean.

It might be an antivirus software if you have it active. Alternatively, it could indicate an SSD corruption; you may want to test it on a standard hard drive or another SSD.

It seems you're experiencing issues with an infected program appearing each time you reinstall, or the virus might be present on your storage drive. This could indicate a problem, so let's address it together.

No extra to test. All files missing, except Chrome history and memory remain.

It could be a virus that stays on your hard drive even after wiping it, in this case there is really nothing you can do. sorry mate.

It’s impossible for a virus to remain on it after formatting. I’ve tested multiple scanning tools and found nothing. x.x

I experienced a virus that slipped past formatting changes, so I replaced the hard drive to eliminate the issue.
