Hello everyone, I recently purchased the new Phanteks M25 Gen2 fans and installed them. After connecting the RGB cable to the motherboard, I noticed that when I power on my PC, only the bottom side shows green. All other fans and components are working correctly with purple as the current setting. Can anyone help me figure out what’s happening? Is there something I’m doing incorrectly? Thanks in advance!

Identify the motherboard model and describe fan connections. Check if RGB software has been used to adjust or synchronize fans. Confirm all fans are connected to a 5V argb header, not an RGB header.
