Dark Souls 1's quality is hard to judge between console and PC. It works just fine, you can use a controller or remap keys for keyboard/mouse play. My console experience was decent but often felt cheesy. On PC, WatchDog helps you beat the tough parts. The game runs smoothly at 1080p with 60 FPS and looks great compared to its console version. I've also seen more invasions on PC than on PS3. Dark Souls 2 is the only one I haven't explored, and I didn’t really enjoy it.
PS2 was pretty average at best. Sly Cooper was actually awesome!
NBA 2k performs excellently on PC. It supports common settings such as Ambient Occlusion, Depth of Field, Anti Aliasing, and can go up to 4k or higher resolution. It also offers mod support. However, it excels as an online game with a strong community on consoles. PC lacks a vibrant player base, making custom teams rare and limited compared to the thriving scene on consoles. There are many quality options available there, encouraging more online play and social interaction. On PC, you can't even face a scan, which makes the console version more appealing despite lower graphics quality.
AC: Unity faced performance issues with framerate drops around the high teens on the PS4. I wouldn't dismiss that. The PC build was poor, but if you could tolerate around 30 FPS, I'd say it still outperformed the console versions.
