Hi. The Dell E6440 laptop has had issues where some keys stopped working when pressed. I’m looking for possible solutions or guidance to get it back up and running.

Use keyboardtester to identify unresponsive keys. Then attempt to remove keycaps and check for any dirt or debris that might block the key switch or rubber dome from sending signals to the laptop's motherboard. Refer to these videos:
