Many laptops come with TPM 2.0 functionality for a long time. I own a TPM 2.0 chip in my 2020 ASUS TUF506IV, and it seems Microsoft has been pushing TPM 2.0 support in Windows prebuilt units and devices since July 28th, 2016.
