I assembled a new PC with Windows 11 and noticed certain keyboard keys malfunctioning (c, k, comma). The keyboard is brand new and functions perfectly on my other PC and two laptops. The screen keyboard works fine. I tested different USB ports, cleared the device list in Device Manager, but nothing resolved the issue. I’m unsure how to fix this problem.

It might relate to how the interface is arranged in Windows.

The keyboard model isn't specified, and failing keys aren't necessarily uniform across all devices.

It was my initial reaction, but considering more, it shouldn't influence keyboard input.

It's not about layout since I can operate with the mouse and an on-screen keyboard. The keyboard used is the AOC GK200, and it consistently has the same keys.
