Hi
I cleaned my keyboard with a toothbrush, but the keys F2,3,E,S,D,Z and Left-Alt aren't responding. Anyone else experienced the same issue?

What device are you using? When using the toothbrush, did you take off the key caps or only brush around them? You may have something lodged in your switches, which prevents them from working correctly. It would be best to remove the key caps (if possible) and use compressed air to clear out any dust or debris that could be causing the problems.

I would repeat the process and instead of using a toothbrush, I would use a low compressed air spray. Since these are optical switches, they are more resistant to dirt and dust particles, which means brushing with a toothbrush might have introduced some debris into them. You can concentrate on the keys in question to determine if this makes a difference.

Remove the keycaps once more, then press the switch beneath them to check for any problems with the keycap fit or potential damage to the switch.
