in various titles like assassins creed, uncharted 4, fortnite, spider man, god of war, warzone 2, adjusting the frame rate above 60 (61-144) causes stuttering even when using low settings. It’s unclear what’s causing the problem. I’d rather play fortnite at 144 low than at 60fps high, but my computer refuses to allow it without significant lag and overclocking doesn’t solve the issue.

ASRock did not produce a Tomahawk B450 chipset motherboard. MSI offers the B450M Tomahawk Max in their collection. Are you using an ASRock board but selecting the incorrect model, or is this MSI board mistakenly placed in your setup? What BIOS version is installed on your motherboard right now?
