Hello, I'm trying to resolve a problem that started last week. My ping to the nearest CS:GO servers has jumped from 20-30 to 100-150. It seems to affect only Mumbai location servers while others work fine. I ran a tracert and found some details: my connection speed is 20 Mbps down and 7 Mbps up. The setup is FTTH with fiber to my rooftop and CAT5 to the router. My location is Pune, roughly 150KMs from Mumbai. This high ping only appears on Mumbai servers, not elsewhere. Here are the pings I see for other servers: Singapore - 55ms, Hong Kong - 90ms, Bangalore - 30ms. Could you provide more info to help? Thank you.

If it isn't you, likely the issue lies with the servers, so give them some time to resolve it on their own.

It's something I'm still uncertain about, really.

Connect your Cat5 to the router, then... access the internet via Wi-Fi? If you receive strong signals to other servers, why fret? Just rely on the servers with the lowest latency.

Connected to my PC. I'm concerned about preferring interactions within my country over communicating with Singaporean or Chinese individuals who I find hard to understand.
