It's likely you can play CS:GO with reduced performance ~30 frames per second. RandomGamingInHD probably has a video discussing the CPU requirements.

I'm not sure, but try GBA emulators. The games I love on GBA include Lord of the Rings and Return of the King. You'll find three or four different storylines based on the character you choose, a surprisingly deep RPG system and passive mechanics, tons of randomly generated loot in a style reminiscent of Diablo, and of course the iconic LOTR soundtrack. There are also side activities and extra content, it's really impressive how much there is in that title. And don't forget, GBA simulation is a solid choice for Pokémon.

You might consider trying Factorio. Classic Star Wars titles such as Jedi Academy and X-Wing would function excellently.
