I observe in Red Dead Redemption 2 that frame rate drops and spikes often occur when my GPU performance fluctuates, usually causing power reduction before it stabilizes. This bothers me since I have solid hardware. My system runs on an SSD with minimal background apps, and I’m using the 10GB version of the 3080. Could there be another factor affecting this?
