I recently installed a new computer that operates well, but when I power it off all my USB devices and the motherboard light in the lower right corner remains lit even though I turned it off in BIOS. I’ve kept everything set to default and disabled the USB section by default. I haven’t updated my BIOS thinking I missed something, although I haven’t explored the BIOS settings much before. My specifications are listed here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QfYpLs

It seems to relate more to deep sleep and power modes rather than BIOS USB settings. These details are typically found in manufacturer-specific documentation and vary widely in naming conventions.

It's referred to as Charge on Shutdown, though the terminology varies. Perhaps it appears in the USB section or within the C-States, Eco, or Green categories.
