I just put in a Ryzen 9 5900X with my 4070, and I’ve been facing issues where apps—even the BIOS—load at incorrect resolutions and look blurry. Steel Series GG and Valorant are the main culprits. I shared a video showing what’s happening. Valorant seems to handle fullscreen mode differently, often using 3840x2160. I’ve tried all fixes so far but nothing works...
