I can't launch some apps in Windows 10 Pro. For example, Skype and the calculator don’t work properly. Anyone know how to fix this?

No, the issue does not continue once the system is restarted.

Regarding the issue in the bottom right of the taskbar, there was no response from any of those elements—such as the person icon or the speaker icon when changing sound sources. Sometimes the start menu wouldn’t appear even after clicking it. Certain applications, especially Microsoft products like Skype, Calculator, and the Microsoft Store, would fail to load properly. The problem seemed linked to a user account that wasn’t loading correctly. I could reset my account and everything functioned again. A restart always resolved it. Initially, creating a new user account fixed the issue until an update caused it to reoccur. Eventually, I cleared all data and started fresh to prevent future problems.

It continues after restarting yes. The taskbar functions, all installed apps operate normally, yet the Windows embedded components appear to be the problem.
