Solving the issue with the E-die Hyperx Ram, eager to understand
I am using a HyperX Fury 16gb (2x8) 3200mhz DDR4 Cl16 16-18-18 1.35v RAM, paired with a Ryzen 5 3600 OC'd via Ryzen Master Auto OC and an overclocked 1660 Super OC at 150mhz GPU core plus 500mhz memory core. The motherboard is an MSI B550M PRO VDH.
I attempted to use the Ryzen Calculator for timing, but it indicated my RAM type as E-die.
Can I still overclock my RAM stably? Would it be worth the effort? I mainly run games and software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
This is my first PC in this overclocking journey, so I’m eager to learn from experienced users.
Also, if I can further OC other components, that would be great to explore too.
if you increase the ram speed, its performance will improve
consider lowering the ram clock speed to 3000 and check for any changes in performance
similar differences in performance would likely lead to a shift to 3400
