When attempting to run a source mod, the system reports a missing DLL error. I've disabled my antivirus and retried, but it still fails. I'm currently working on The Citizen.

Yes and this is a mod so it doesn't have support for checking the integerity of game cache and there is no bin in this mod's game folder.
